  • Masks help protect you from droplets from an infected person's cough or sneeze.
  • Make sure it covers your nose and mouth.
  • A face mask is designed to contain the particles that are breathed, coughed, or sneezed out. A well-fitting mask reduces the risk of exposure by containing exhaled particles from someone who is infected.

Keep your vaccinations up to date

  • COVID-19 can still be a very serious illness.
  • To receive the best protection against serious illness or death from COVID-19 you should stay up to date with all vaccinations recommended for your age or individual health needs. Boosters are important to maintain this protection.
  • If you have had COVID-19 and have recovered, you should still get your next COVID-19 vaccine dose to maintain your protection.
  • Getting vaccinated is one of the best ways to protect yourself and your family from getting very sick and preventing complications like Long Covid.
