Winton Community Consultation Forum - Disability and Aged Care Services

Winton - WQPHN would like to hear from you about what is happening in your community.

Come along and tell us about the barriers, gaps and issues with disability services, aged care services and palliative care. Together let's create solutions to the navigation of these services.

Meet representatives from the associated key industry partners: 

✔ Council on the Ageing Qld (COTA Qld),
✔ National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA),
✔ National Disability Services (NDS) and
✔ Palliative Care Qld (PCQ),

Hear the latest updates, directly ask questions and to give local feedback about what is like to navigate pathways in your community and work with these partners to create localised solution-focussed outcomes to identified barriers. 

This will be your opportunity to ask questions and share personal experiences directly.
