2022 National Advanced Care Planning (ACP) Week Virtual Forum

The Statewide Office of Advance Care Planning (ACP) is holding a virtual forum during National ACP Week, 21-27 March 2022.
Hear first-hand from experts about ACP initiatives and updates to assist in your upskilling on this important healthcare measure.
This year, the forum will run as daily virtual lunchbox sessions on Monday to Thursday, from 12.00pm – 1.00pm.
On Friday, from 12.00pm – 1.30pm, the week ends with an expert panel discussion titled ‘ACP and COVID: from the big smoke to the bush.’ The panel will discuss advance care planning, capacity and end-of-life care decision making across care environments.All sessions will be live-streamed via Microsoft Teams.
