This Education Evening features the topic of: Just the tip of the iceberg – The Impact of Pressure Injuries and Management
Speakers and Topics:
- A Review of the Pressure Injury Guidelines – Tracy Nowicki (CNC Quality Effectiveness Support Team, TPCH)
- Navigating the NDIS – Deb Dent (Community Nurse, Spinal Life Australia)
- Community Occupational Therapy: Assistive Technology and Pressure Injury Management - Rebekah Fox and Rachael McDonough (Occupational Therapists, Mater at Home)
The speakers will cover the impact of pressure injury on our clients’ lives which can be life-changing and whose effects are far-reaching and should not be underestimated.
Join and expand your network with peers in your field and our QLD Committee. Light refreshments will be served and you will have access to fully complimentary industry displays.
