WQPHN would like to hear from community members and providers on issues faced navigating pathways to Disability and Aged Care Services.
WQPHN has been working in collaboration with National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), Council of the Aged Qld (COTA), National Disability Services (NDS) and Queenslanders with Disability Networks (QDN) to bring these forums to the bush.
With guest speakers from each agency this is your opportunity to ask questions and share experiences and meet the newly commissioned Community Service Facilitator.
