Key collaborators were recently brought together in our Western Queensland patch to chart the road ahead for the Mental Health, Suicide Prevention, Alcohol and Other Drugs Five Year Plan.
Goals for the meeting were:
  • Review our progress towards the plan and discuss anything that may have shifted since its' development.
  • Determine the most important priorities and opportunities to target efforts.
  • Set a strong foundation for the practicalities of collaboration including principles, resourcing and next steps.

WQPHN CEO Sandy Gillies: “We have to stand up and be the difference because otherwise we will continue to have to say goodbye to people we love.”
