2021-22 WQPHN Annual Report is now live!

We are delighted to share the 2021-22 Annual Report, available for the first time in both digital and printable format!
Our latest report is a snapshot of key initiatives, achievements and highlights throughout the 2021-22 financial year, guided by our 7 strategic priorities, with a goal towards creating a better future for people in Western Queensland.
Key Achievements for this report include:
  • Release of the WQPHN Health Needs Assessment 2022 – 2025
  • Support for workforce development, building on the WQ Health Care Home (WQHCH) program
  • Development and uptake of digital health strategies for both remote and COVID support
  • Facilitation of community forums for Disability and Aged Care across the region.
  • Advancement of mental health support initiatives
  • Continued community support through COVID-19 outbreaks
  • Development of real action and reporting mechanisms to support the successful implementation of the Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan
  • Creation of over 200 HealthPathways
  • Strengthening of strategic partnerships to help deliver a cohesive and culturally respectful health system in our region
  • Collaborative Nukal Murra Alliance and workforce development initiatives for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
