Provider Expertise
Rural Psych is a proudly 'home grown' regional mental health service. As a woman who has grown up in rural Australia I understand the challenges of the bush landscape. Mental health issues do not discriminate based on age, gender, or culture. Accordingly, my service treats individuals of all ages and stages in life. I intentionally up skill across all demographics - our children, our precious seniors, those starting a family (perinatal mental health). The majority of my clients are adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma. I have 20 years experience working in mental health, in Australia and overseas, in the public and private sector. My clinical practice is based on my core values: connection - courage - kindness.
