
Western QLD HealthPathways has introduced personal accounts from Monday 17 November 2025.
Clinicians can now create their own HealthPathways accounts, making the platform more personalised, convenient and powerful. The regional generic username and password will soon be phased out.
Your personal account will provide easier CPD reporting, smarter AI search, and stronger security. Key features include:
Whilst our generic login will remain in place for a short while longer, current users can choose to create a personal account. This takes approximately 2 minutes. New accounts may take up to 5 minutes to activate, so we recommend registering for your new account before your first consult of the day.
Q. Why move to personal accounts?
A. To improve your user experience and unlock exclusive features, including easier CPD reporting, AI-assisted search, and simplified access across regions.
Q. What happens on go-live day?
A. From Monday 17 November 2025, you will be able to register your personal Western QLD HealthPathways account via the login page.
Q. Can I register early?
A. No. Registration will open on the go-live date. Your existing login details will continue to work until then.
Q. Can bookmarks my personal account?
A. Yes. You can save it to your favourites but remember to update old bookmarks.
Q. Can I use my new account on mobile or tablet?
A. Yes, HealthPathways remains mobile and tablet compatible.
Q. Do I need to accept any conditions and how will my data be used?
A. Yes, you will be required to review and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Personal data is not shared with third parties. Only aggregated data is used for reporting and research.
Q. What if I don’t register?
A. You will continue to have access to the ‘Western QLD’ generic shared login access for a limited time only. However, we encourage you to register for a personal account so you can access exclusive features.
