WQPHN HealthPathways EOI Clinical Editor

Western Queensland Primary Health Network (WQPHN) invites expressions of interest for the role of HealthPathways General Practitioner (GP) Clinical Editor. This short-term contractor arrangement is for a period until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension. The role requires approximately 4-6 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical advice to localise HealthPathways, ensuring content is relevant to Western Queensland's primary care settings.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the WQ HealthPathways portal in 2026.
  • Localise and develop care pathways that reflect the WQ health system.
  • Participate in training and development, including Clinical Editor training from Streamliners NZ.
  • Collaborate with local and regional clinical editors and WQPHN staff.
  • Promote the WQ HealthPathways program and provide clinical leadership across Western Queensland.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • General Practitioner with appropriate registration and credentials.
  • Holder of a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
  • Applicants based in Western Queensland are highly regarded.
