Western Queensland is an extraordinary part of Australia, home to resilient, diverse and deeply connected communities. But living in the outback can bring real challenges, particularly when it comes to accessing healthcare. At Western Queensland Primary Health Network, we're working to change that.
Our vision is simple: Healthier Western Queensland Communities. We work with communities, healthcare providers and government to create a more connected, accessible and effective healthcare system.
Behind this ambition is our Strategy, Governance & Corporate Services team, working to shape strategic direction, strengthen governance, manage resources and risks, and ensure the organisation has the support and systems it needs to succeed.
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join the team and play a key role in supporting this important work.
This is more than a traditional EA role. You'll work directly with the Head of Strategy, Governance & Corporate Services, while supporting the broader team across governance, enterprise projects, research and business improvement.
We're looking for someone who's organised, curious and proactive. Someone who thinks ahead, connects the dots, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in getting things done.
You'll need sound judgement, initiative, discretion and the confidence to work with people across all levels of the organisation. You'll gain exposure to executive decision-making, governance, strategic planning, organisational improvement projects and senior stakeholder engagement, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience beyond traditional administration.
In return, you'll find a varied and rewarding role, with opportunities to contribute, learn and make a genuine difference. Because great outcomes for our communities depend on great people working behind the scenes.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
