New WQPHN Primary Health Care (PHC) Data Dashboard

The previous GP Practice support reports have now been replaced with a more detailed PHC Data Dashboard.

Included in the new look PHC Dashboard are:

1. Demographics of each individual PHC site, including each region and the WQPHN Commissioned Services area.

2. Immunisations, Cervical screening test (CST), Bowel screening etc.

3. Trend data for the past 6 months of the QI PIP measures.

WQPHN have also incorporated and adopted the nKPI data sets used for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) Health Data Portal, to include all measurers for both ATSI and non ATSI patients in our footprint.

This data set enables visibility and transparency for all PHC Clinics that currently participate with WQPHN in the Pen CS suite of tools.

Each site will be given access through their Executive Line Managers, of your organisation.

There will no longer be a website-based portal to access your data.

All members will be sent monthly links in the first week of each month to access this dashboard accordingly, along with access permissions.

Training for individual teams will be commencing the week of the 26th of May 2023.
