Mount Isa Community Consultation Forum - Disability and Aged Care Services

WQPHN would like to hear from community members and providers on issues navigating local aged care and disability services in your community to identify barriers, gaps and local issues.
This will assist with guiding future planning through collaboration between people using the services on the ground and peak associations specialising in these areas.
Guest speakers from peak bodies National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), Council on the Ageing (COTA) Queensland and National Disability Services (NDS) will be attending on the day.
This will be your opportunity to ask questions and share personal experiences directly.
